Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Privacy Notice
Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed by our company as the data controller within the scope described below. This notice is prepared to fulfil the obligation to inform under Article 10 of the Law.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may request information on processing, correction, deletion or destruction, notification to third parties, objection to automated processing, compensation for damage and other rights set out in the Law.
How to exercise your rights
You may submit your requests in writing or through methods announced by the Personal Data Protection Authority. Complaints may be lodged with the Authority where applicable.
